Workout: Day 4

Today I did:
40 jumping jacks (I alternated where I brought my arms to, above and in front of me)
15 crunches
10 arm dips
5 lunges each side
5 donkey kicks each side
10 squats


Today I ate:
Taylor tots with cheddar and feta cheese topped with ketchup
Taco soup with cheese and chips with water to drink
