Workout: Day 5

45 Jumping jacks
10 Lunges each leg
5 Squats
10 Donkey kicks each side
10 crunches

ARM WORKOUT

21 Tricep kickbacks
21 Shoulder press
21 Bicep curls
21 Upright Rows
21 Bent over reverse fly's


I have not eaten yet today due to being sick so I will update later

UPDATE: I ate a bowl of left over taco soup, some chips and a dr pepper (Yes, I know I need to cut out soda)!
