Workout routine Week of 9/13-9/20

This is my workout plan for the next week. It was made for me by a friend of mine so hopefully I can keep to it, its a little more than what I have been doing but I think I will be ok!



I will probably hold the planks for a while longer and add in some reverse crunches and scissors.
