My workout last night.

I meant to try and post these each day. Oops.


-100 sit ups (5 reps of 20)
-20 back squats with a 20 bar.
-1 mile fast run on the treadmill.
-10 mins on the elliptical.
-10 reps 20 each on the front row
-10 reps of 20 each on the pull down
